As a new or existing client of our services you can expect professional, respectful, and reliable counseling and coaching. We begin with a face to face intake that will help us work with you to develop appropriate goals for change. After goals are developed we begin on the journey with you to create lasting change with therapy. coaching and action.

The fees for services will vary by client. We take most major insurance plans. Without insurance we are set up to accept cash payments.
